Getting accustomed to working in mixed reality
As you start working in immersive and blended reality, allow yourself time to adjust both to the headset and to your favorite apps. Here are some tips we think you might find useful.

Be aware of your surroundings
Before putting on your headset, clear a space around you and make sure there's nothing overhead, like a light fixture. Your Meta Quest should only be used indoors to ensure proper tracking and safety.
You'll know your space is large enough if you can extend your arms while holding the controllers without coming into contact with objects.
If it's your first time in MR, there's no need to rush into anything. Settle into the experience and, if possible, try and have active air circulation in your physical space to help you stay cool and focused.

When you purchase your devices through sales, they are pre-enrolled into your Meta Horizon managed services account, making them work-ready faster.
If you already own devices,
sign up
for Meta Horizon managed services with your managed Meta account.
After you sign up, perform a factory reset and follow the in-device prompts to connect the headset to your organization.
