Privacy Disclosure

Quest for Business is a service ("Service") offered by Meta ("we" or "us"). Your use of any Meta Quest-branded devices, and Meta and third-party applications, products and services, is subject to the relevant terms and privacy policies that govern the use of those devices, applications, products and services. The Service is intended for use by organisations and is provided to you by your employer or other organisation that has authorised your access to, and use of, the Service (your "Organisation"), to allow your Organisation to create, manage and maintain Managed Meta Accounts for its personnel. If your Organisation provides you with a Managed Meta Account, the Managed Meta Account is provided for login and authentication purposes only, and to allow you to access Meta Quest-branded devices, and certain Meta and third-party applications, products and services made available on the devices.

While we receive limited information about you and your activity in connection with your Managed Meta Account and the Service (as described below under "I. What kind of information is collected?"), we process this information in accordance with the terms of our agreement with your Organisation and your Organisation's lawful instructions. Your Organisation is responsible for your Managed Meta Account and its administration, and may have additional policies or codes of conduct that apply to your use of the Service. We are not responsible for and have no control over your Organisation's privacy or security practices. Please contact your Organisation with questions or requests regarding the Service, the processing of your personal information and any privacy choices or controls you may have.

We have set out further information below, including the types of information collected by your Organisation and shared with us, as part of the Service and how this may be used.

I. What kind of information is collected?

Your Organisation will collect the following kinds of information when you, your colleagues or other users access the Service, and will share this information with Meta:

• your employee contact information, such as full name and work email address;
• your username and password;
• your work title, department information and other information related to your work or Organisation;
• the content, communications and other information that you provide when you use the Service, including when you sign up for an account. This can include information in or about the content that you provide (e.g. metadata);
• user communications, feedback, suggestions and ideas sent to your Organisation;
• billing and payment information regarding products or services purchased by your Organisation; and

• information that you provide when you or your Organisation contact or engage our support team regarding the Service.

When you use Meta VR Products with your Managed Meta Account, Meta collects information about you as set forth in the Meta Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy. II. How does your Organisation use this information?

Your Organisation will share the information that it collects with Meta, as provider of the Service, in order to allow Meta to provide and support the Service for your Organisation and other users and in accordance with any other instructions from your Organisation. Examples of such use include:

• communicating with users and administrators regarding their use of the Service;
• enhancing the security of the Service for your Organisation;
• personalising your and your Organisation's experiences as part of our provision of the Service;
• developing new tools, products or services within the Service for your Organisation;
• identifying and fixing bugs that may be present; and

• conducting data and system analytics, including research to improve the Service.

When you use Meta VR Products with your Managed Meta Account, Meta collects information about you as set forth in the Meta Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy. III. Disclosure of information

• Your Organisation may disclose the information collected in the following ways:
  • to third-party apps, websites or other services that you can connect to through the Service;
  • in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the transfer of the Service, a merger, consolidation, asset sale or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy or insolvency;
  • to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; and

  • in connection with a subpoena, warrant, discovery order or other request or order from a law enforcement agency.

• Meta may disclose to your Organisation information that Meta collects about you in the following way:

Meta shares with your Organisation certain information about your account, to promote safety, integrity and security; to comply with applicable laws and regulations; and in accordance with Meta's terms and policies, including the applicable Acceptable Use Policy. This may include information such as the status of your account, the approximate location of your managed headset and information about applications you install and how you use them. When you use Meta VR Products with your Managed Meta Account, Meta collects information about you as set forth in the Meta Privacy Policy and the Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy. IV. Accessing and modifying your information

You and your Organisation may access, correct or delete information that you have uploaded to the Service using the tools within the Service. If you are not able to do so using the tools provided in the Service, you should contact your Organisation directly to access or modify your information.

V. Account closure

If you would like to stop using the Service, you should contact your Organisation. Similarly, if you stop working for or with the Organisation, the Organisation may suspend or deactivate your Managed Meta Account and/or delete any information associated with your Managed Meta Account.

VI. Changes to this Privacy Disclosure

This Privacy Disclosure may be updated from time to time. When updated, the "last updated" date above will be amended and the new Privacy Disclosure will be posted online.
