We’re building a culture of belonging, investing in diverse communities, and embedding accessibility and inclusion into our products.
We’re proud of the fact that since 2019, we’ve doubled the number of women in our global workforce and the number of Black and Hispanic employees in the US. Everybody at Meta goes through annual bias training and has access to world-class diversity programs. We also promise to spend $1 billion annually with diverse US suppliers.
We believe the best products are built by working with the communities we serve. We recently partnered with people with disabilities and disability advocates to integrate accessibility into our mixed reality technology.
